ABOUT

THE NOTT STREET GOLUB PROJECT – A GOLD STANDARD “GREEN” BUILDING?

THE CLINTON SQUARE PROJECT – ONE BUILDING THAT WILL LOOK LIKE THREE?

THE DEPT. OF SOCIAL SERVICE BUILDING TO BE BUILT ON BROADWAY?

AND OTHER PROJECTS IN OUR CITY?

Ray Gillen, Chairman of Schenectady METROPLEX Development Authority will speak to residents March 13 at the Bellevue Preservation Association meeting at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Hall at 1911 Fairview Ave. in Bellevue at 7PM.

Mr. Gillen will update the current projects, such as the progress of The Department of Social Services building on Broadway, the Nott Street Golub Project (a Gold Standard “Green” Building,) and The Clinton Square Project with it’s unique appeal. In addition, he will update us on other projects that are in earlier phases.

Be sure to stop by, bring a friend or neighbor, and find out what really is happening in the process of renewing Schenectady.
